Maiasaura with Nest (Carnegie)

Maiasaura or "mother dinosaur" got its name when scientists discovered the fossilzed remains of a dinosaur in a protective position over the nest of babies. This freestanding Maiasaura replica comes with a nest of babies. Both are mounted on a card. The Boston Museum Collection also has a Maiasaura replica (without the babies). Length of adult: 8" (20cm).
